Your Role as a Flight Attendant: Your primary mission is safety. You will also provide genuine and attentive 'passenger assistance' and hospitality. You will be a key part of our 'team collaboration' with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew. Your Day-to-Day: This is not a 9-to-5 job. This 'entry level' role requires 100% flexibility for a 24/7/365 operation. You will be scheduled for 'day shift' departures, overnight 'night shift' flights, and full 'weekend' schedules. You will also be assigned 'on-call support' (reserve) shifts, requiring you to be ready to fly at a moment's notice, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons. Training & Onboarding: We provide 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis. You will learn everything from FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures to our specific in-flight service and 'service recovery' techniques.
